- Acceptance of Terms
By using RxAid.org, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
- Eligibility
Our services are available to individuals who:
- Are uninsured.
- Have a chronic illness and require medication.
- Meet the low-income eligibility criteria.
- Are not receiving medication subsidies from another organization.
We reserve the right to accept or reject any application based on these criteria and our capacity to serve new applicants.
- Service Description
RxAid.org facilitates the collection and delivery of surplus, donated medications to individuals in need. We do **not** sell medications. Our role is strictly limited to:
- Collecting donated medications from individuals who no longer need them.
- Handling the safe delivery of medications to eligible recipients.
Recipients are responsible for covering the costs associated with handling and shipping. We do not charge for the medications themselves, and we do not guarantee the availability of specific medications.
- Medication Donations
Donors must comply with the following guidelines:
- Only unexpired, unopened medications in their original packaging will be accepted.
- Medications must be legally obtained and suitable for donation.
- Donors must not send controlled substances or any medications classified as narcotics or habit-forming.
RxAid.org reserves the right to refuse any medication donations that do not meet our standards.
- Use of Donated Medications
– RxAid.org is not responsible for verifying the appropriateness of donated medications for individual recipients. It is the recipient’s responsibility to provide an accurate prescription.
– Medications are provided “as-is,” and RxAid.org makes no guarantees about their suitability for a recipient’s health condition. RxAid.org encourages all recipients to consult with their healthcare providers before use.
- Application Process
To receive support, applicants must:
- Upload a valid prescription or schedule an appointment with RxAid.org’s in-house doctor.
- Provide accurate personal, financial, and medical information during the application process.
- Agree to pay the required handling and shipping costs each month.
Once approved, recipients will receive their medications on a monthly basis as long as they continue to meet eligibility criteria and RxAid.org has available capacity.
- Payment Terms
Recipients are required to pay for the handling and shipping costs of their medication deliveries. Payments will be processed through our secure payment platform, and the following terms apply:
- Payments must be made monthly to continue receiving medications.
- Failure to make payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.
- Privacy and Confidentiality
RxAid.org is committed to protecting the privacy of both donors and recipients. Personal information collected during the application and donation process will be stored securely and used only for the purpose of delivering services. We will not share personal data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

- Limitation of Liability
By using RxAid.org, you agree that:
- org is not responsible for any adverse reactions, side effects, or other outcomes that may result from the use of donated medications.
- org is not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, resulting from the use of our services or website, including but not limited to the loss of data, delay in delivery of medications, or inaccuracies in the information provided by applicants.
- Modification of Terms
RxAid.org reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
- Termination of Services
RxAid.org reserves the right to terminate or suspend services to any individual who violates these Terms & Conditions, provides false information, or engages in any fraudulent or illegal activity.
- Governing Law
